JBM Industries wants all users of our parts to be satisfied with the quality and durability of our molded and machined parts. JBM Industries does not claim our manufactured parts are indestructible or will last forever. JBM also does not claim our parts will increase your performance over the stock OEM parts.
Because some of our parts are delicate and technical in nature, they require special handling and knowledge to install and use correctly. Since JBM Industries is
not the installer of these parts, the buyer has the responsibility to be sure the part we send him looks satisfactory, is installed correctly, and that buyer is qualified to
judge the stresses encountered in his application. The buyer has 30 days to inspect parts and can return them for refund or exchange should it be determined the parts are not fit for service, or any reason that the buyer finds fault.
Durability of rubber parts is very dependent on proper installation. Rubber parts must be kept from chemical contamination by strong solvents and cleaners. If parts change size, this is evidence of chemical contamination. Notes and warnings are on the JBM site about hazards.
Rubber parts should also be handled and installed with every precaution to cuts or nicks that can propagate a tear. The buyer should be sure the parts are not overly stressed, be they machined or formed parts. JBM has no control over the application, installation, handling of these parts in shipping, or skills of the user / installer. Broken or torn diaphragm tires will be evidence in most cases that rubber was not installed correctly. Used diaphragms cannot be returned unless JBM can be found at fault.
Should you ever get a part from JBM Industries that does not look fit to use, or strong enough for your application, please return the unused part, along with invoice showing what you paid and when to: JBM Industries, 2569 Myersville Rd., Uniontown, Ohio 44685, USA, within 30 days for refund.
